Table ronde  Recherche et diffusion de la musique haïtienne

L’Observatoire interdisciplinaire de création et de recherche en musique (OICRM) et la Société de recherche et de diffusion de la musique haïtienne (SRDMH) vous convient à une table ronde virtuelle, le vendredi 26 février, de 14h à 16h (heure de Montréal), où une série d’invité-es partageront le fruit de leurs travaux liés au fonds d’archives de la SRDMH. Trois panels s’articuleront autour de la recherche, la composition et l’interprétation, tous suivis d’une courte séance de questions.

Cet événement s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet coordonné par Claude Dauphin, professeur émérite de l’Université du Québec à Montréal, visant à dynamiser, préserver et faire rayonner le fonds d’archives de la SRDMH disponible à l’OICRM.

Panel – Research and Dissemination of Haitian Music

The Observatoire interdisciplinaire de création et de recherche en musique (OICRM) and the Société de recherche et de diffusion de la musique haïtienne (SRDMH) invite you to a virtual panel on Friday, February 26th, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Montreal time), where a series of guests will share their work related to the SRDMH’s Haitian music archival fonds. Three discussions will be held, focusing on research, composition and interpretation, each followed by short questions period.

This event is part of a project coordinated by Claude Dauphin, Professor Emeritus at the Université du Québec à Montréal, to revitalize, preserve and promote the SRDMH’s archival fonds available at the OICRM.
